Expo Calidad de Vida is an event created by Natural
Awakenings-Puerto Rico, a company dedicated to promoting
personal and planetary health.
Our monthly publication, Natural Awakenings takes
a practical look at the latest natural approaches to
nutrition, fitness, creative expression, personal growth and
sustainable living. We interview national experts, offer
inspiring how-to articles. Each month brings fresh
perspective around a timely theme sure to pique your
interest.
We love to spread light. We rejoice that our readers and

Our Mission
To create a
venue in which our community can
experience the products and services
that will help them improve the quality
of their lives physically, mentally and
spiritually.
Background
In August 2004
Natural Awakenings-Puerto Rico
celebrated the first natural health and
wellness convention in Puerto Rico, Expo
Calidad de Vida. Since then thousands of
people have been gathering each year to
participate in a magical event that
brings together over 125 exhibitors with
a common mission: to improve the quality
of life of its community.
In a nutshell
Expo Calidad de Vida consists of
a wide range of natural products,
holistic services, lectures and demos,
all dedicated to providing insights on
how to achieve happier and healthier
lifestyles.
Our distinguished group of presenters
has been composed of magnificent local
and international figures. Among them
from Puerto Rico: Maya Valle, Lilly
García, Muñeca Geigel, Alfred D’ Herger,
Kate Garrity, Dra. Nieves Stewart,
Carlos Amador, Josy Latorre, Silverio
Pérez, David Hernández, Roberto Tirigall,
